Many men arrive here after searching for a men's facial. What happens at Dermazur is more precise: the free consultation looks at your skin, then chooses the treatment that answers it. Depending on what it finds, that is a peel, a microdermabrasion or a microneedling session. And for shaving itself, the laser is what works upstream.
What is happening in the skin.
Men's skin is generally thicker and oilier, and it meets a blade several times a week. Three things follow from that, and they are not treated in the same place: shaving, which keeps ingrown hairs going; pores that load up, at the surface; and texture, which happens lower down. Three different needs, so three possible answers, and that is what the consultation is for.

Chemical peels + LED
The Biophora salicylic peel is a controlled acid exfoliation. It works on the layer where pores block, and it helps your skincare absorb better afterwards. The peels are medical‑grade, and the acid is matched to your skin rather than applied by default.
Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion lifts the dead‑cell layer mechanically, with the diamond tip of the Viora Pristine system, crystal‑free, hygienic and hypoallergenic. Five facial programs, each with LED: the Clarifying Protocol is the one aimed at congested pores.
Microneedling + LED
Microneedling works on the texture. A fine‑needle pen opens micro‑channels that switch on your own collagen and elastin, with LED layered on top to speed repair. Collagen rebuilds over several weeks, which is why this treatment is worked as a course rather than as a single session.

The limits, said plainly
What it fixes, and what it does not.
The treatment is chosen after the skin has been looked at. Skin that is raw on the day is calmed first, and an already irritated area is treated better once it has settled. The consultation is also there to say when the answer is a different treatment from the one you came for.

- Do I need to be clean‑shaven for the session?
- For a skin treatment, no. For laser, yes: the area is shaved before the session, so the hair stays in place under the skin instead of being pulled out.
- How many sessions?
- It depends on the treatment you choose. Peels, microdermabrasion and microneedling unfold as a course, while laser follows the hair’s cycle, session after session. Pricing appears on each treatment’s page.
