The treatment, explained
What is laser hair removal?
The laser emits light that the pigment in the hair absorbs and turns into heat. That heat reaches the follicle, where the hair is formed, and slows its regrowth over time, while sparing the skin around it.
The aim: permanent hair reduction, with fewer, finer hairs that grow back more slowly. Ingrown hairs and shaving irritation give way to clear, calm skin.
Its limits: the laser follows pigment, and white, grey, red or very blond hairs carry too little of it to respond. For these hairs, electrolysis, also offered at the clinic, takes over.

Free consultation, by phone
A 20‑minute call, often the same day and with no obligation, to talk openly about the laser, the course and your goal. Your phototype, hair colour and thickness are assessed at your first visit, with a patch test if needed.

Before your session
Shave the area the day before or on the day itself, leaving wax and epilators aside: the laser needs the root.

The session
A few minutes are enough for a small area. The handpiece glides over the skin with continuous cooling and a gentle sense of warmth. Then you simply carry on with your day.

Between sessions
4 to 6 weeks between two sessions: shaving is welcome, waxing is not.

After the course

6 is the norm, not a promise
Six sessions make up the usual protocol, the one the Cure Prestige covers. Each course remains personal: hormones, genetics, hair density and the contrast between hair colour and skin colour can bring that number a little lower or a little higher.
The laser follows melanin: white, grey or red hairs, which carry little of it, respond less well, and we’ll let you know at your consultation. Your progress is reviewed at every visit, and your plan adjusts accordingly. If a session isn’t needed, we’ll tell you.
And if you need fewer, the value of any unused sessions remains yours, to put toward your future treatments.

How is laser hair removal done, and which machine do we use?
Every session is performed with the Soprano Titanium, Special Edition, by Alma Lasers. The handpiece glides in one continuous motion, gradually warming the follicle while your skin stays soothingly cool. Its three wavelengths, 755, 810 and 1064 nm, offer quick, virtually painless sessions designed for every skin tone.
Is it a true laser or an IPL?
A true medical laser. Where intense pulsed light (IPL) spreads a broad beam, the Soprano Titanium focuses true laser beams on the follicle, with great precision.
What are the benefits of laser hair removal?

How do I prepare for my session?
Shave the area 12 to 24 hours before your session and avoid sun exposure. Between sessions, set aside wax and tweezers: the follicle needs to stay in place for the laser to work.
And after the session, how do I care for my skin?
Mild redness may linger for a few hours, and a cool compress gently soothes it. Avoid hot baths, intense exercise and massaging the area for 4 to 5 days, and protect it from direct sun for one month with SPF 30+. Makeup is fine the next day.
Why does it take 6 to 8 sessions?
The laser works on hairs in full growth, and each of your hairs follows its own rhythm. A course lets us accompany every cycle, session after session.
How far apart are the sessions?
4 to 6 weeks, in step with natural regrowth. This interval adjusts to the area and to how your skin responds.
Does it hurt?
It’s virtually painless. The Soprano Titanium gently warms the follicle beneath a continuously cooled tip: the sensation is much like a warm massage.
